I purchased these shoes during the Cyber Monday sale in November ‘17. I wear them for seven classes I teach on average during a week and it’s become just my everyday shoe because I’m lazy and I’m not girly. I have a lot of spinning, lateral movements and the shoes are accommodating for footwork and they do not rub against my toes (this is a very common con for most training shoes). The mesh is genius. I teach Zumba and Strong by Zumba. If you’re unfamiliar with Strong—it’s plyo, HIIT, and core and it’s very taxing on the shoes. Zumba is very taxing on shoes for different reasons. It’s now July and I’ve reordered this Prowler in satin and I know it’ll work just as beautifully. The only thing that’s begun to deteriorate is the mesh of the shoe on the toe area but I put them through hell and this in no way is a negative commentary on the quality of the mesh. I’ve tried many other brands, I will not deviate from Puma and I have nothing but excellent things to say about the customer service. I do not run so I cannot vouch for the shoe with the average runner and I do not use these shoes for walking. This is a training shoe and the tread of the shoe is very much for lateral movements and spinning on the balls or heels of your feet.

I was looking for a comfy chunky white tennis shoe and these are great! I did have to go up a half size but they fit perfectly !

you get the picture. A friend suggested the Shape Ups, and I figured why not, I've tried everything else. I tried a pair of the XF-Accelerators on in a store and instantly felt WOW! I walked around in the store for about 20 minutes and said, I'll see if I feel anything. If so, I'll come back tomorrow and get these. Well, about 6 hours later that night, my legs, thighs, bottom, and back were all "talking to me." I finally figured out the only thing I had done differently was trying on the Shape Ups. I purchased a blue pair the very next day. It's taken me about a week or so to be able to keep these on longer than say 20 minutes at a time. I've now had my shoes for about a month. What a God send, the results have been more dramatic and quicker than therapy - (Yup, there is pain while you're getting use to them so don't wear them more than 20 minutes or so to begin with.) These are the most comfortable, therapeutic shoes I've ever owned. These really do work you so do remember to drink lots of water! I don't need my cane, I'm able to do curbs, steps and such, and I can now walk two blocks with no pain. I've now purchased a pair of the shape up thongs, boots, and the Mary Janes'. Thank you Shape Up's, not only are these working my muscles they are also helping DRASTICALLY reduce the swelling in my legs and thighs. These may not be "right" for everyone .. but for me they've given me the results I need to keep exercising to become completely healed. My best suggestion to you is, go to a store, try several of the styles on (each style apparently does different things) and I hope your results are as positive as mine. The only improvement I can suggest to Skecher's is to put out more styles that can be worn to work - not everyone likes or can wear tennis shoes. I can not wear the tennis shoes or the Mary Janes to work because I have to dress in business attire. So,I've had to look to MBT for more office appropriate styles - they have a black patent leather dress, sleeker therapeutic shoe. Thank you so much for everything, from the bottom of my heart!

Chuck Taylors are about as classic a pair of sneakers you can buy. These pink ones have a great bubblegum color and are perfect for the lady in your life who wants to rock pink kicks and look cool.

So cute. Love blowfish Malibu sneaks. The sole is slippery. I need to put non slips stick on all my blowfish sneakers. Otherwise great.
